With 40 years of experience in transfer pricing and international corporate taxation, Rudolf supports multinational organisations with transfer pricing policy assessments, due diligence, controversy resolution and the redesign of transfer pricing models in response to changing tax and business environments.
A significant part of his work is dedicated to supporting other tax and advisory firms with specialist transfer pricing expertise for their clients. As Co-Founder of Quantera Global, he has also played a central role in building its international network of independent transfer pricing specialists.
Beyond advisory work, Rudolf is Co-Founder and Managing Director of Coperitas, Quantera Global’s transfer pricing software spin-off, where he focuses on technology solutions that help organisations reduce and manage their transfer pricing compliance burden.
He is ranked as one of the leading Dutch transfer pricing specialists in Expert Guides’ Guide to the World’s Leading Transfer Pricing Advisers. He is also a board member of the Transfer Pricing section of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers (NOB) and has previously served as a guest lecturer in Transfer Pricing at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
